Well, take a look at your application....Almost no effort put into responses, bad grammar and spelling, sometimes hard to discern what you're trying to say. I'm not saying your a bad or not suited to the job, I'm just saying that you need to put more effort into your application to even be considered for the position.

Edit: I'm not trying to be harsh, I'm just being straight to the point and telling the truth.
