i got this problem

in the game, my facial expressions from the cash shop "expired"

and when i try to regain them, it doesnt work

heres what i did:

i went to the cash shop and found the expression i wanted, i clicked buy, and then i d/c
i dont have the expression when i log on

i went to sima qian, the nx seller, and found the expression i wanted, i clicked buy, then i d/c
still dont have the expression

someone bought one and dropped it so i can take it, i try to pick it up, and then i d/c
still no expression

so help me out here
