Banned for 'hacking.'

According to the banned list, I just got banned for vaccing (IGN: Sonata, night lord). I don't really know how to 'appeal' my ban because I'm not all that familiar with different hacks (I believe it's the one where you attract monsters to a place on a map?), but I was in the top level of HHG1 and lagging pretty badly (it took around seven times to even load the client). The only reason I can think of why it might look like I was hacking was because I was using the Ninja Storm skill repeatedly, but when Element showed up, the only monster around was a Skelegon, which belongs on the top level; there weren't monsters from the lower levels (I believe a vac hack attracts all the monsters on the map to one place). I usually use Haste, Shadow Partner, Triple Throw, and Flash Jump when I train, and I believe I was picking up drops at the time, although I was lagging. Unban, please? :/

What does "vac hack" have to do with element showing up?

Sorry if I was unclear. My point is, at the time that I was banned, there were virtually no monsters on the top level (and the only one on the top level couldn't have been 'sucked' up there because it naturally spawns there), while the lower levels were full of monsters, so the ban on the premise of a vac hack was unfounded -- I believe a vac hack would have sucked all the monsters to the top level in one spot, where I was, but the top level was empty except for that Skelegon.

Well, ASSUMING, you didnt do any other hacks.
and from what youre telling me, the only thing we can do right now is wait for Element's word.
I mean, i didnt personally ban you, so i really dont know what to say about this.

You looted an item from the bottom floor.. somewhere you weren't near.

Sorry, but I have to ask, is that even possible? The spawn on the bottom level was intact, so there wouldn't be a drop there in the first place, and a vac hack would only attract monsters, not drops. The only thing I did even remotely similar to what you're describing is picking up drops and jumping onto the haystack while lagging, all on the top level.
