Nice, 3rd dan? Wow.... I'm testing for my Black Belt in November, (@ Arch) what martial art do you do? I do one called Choi Kwang Do, at the black belt test you have to do every pattern from White belt to Brown Belt. Obviously the belt colours are different to yours.

Blast it, John! You gave my secret away! Okay, yes, I worked Tae Kwon Do for seven years now. And Kenzy, same with my academy. We have to preform all the forms from white to dark blue senor (striped). After that, we preform target tests with all the kicks that we've learned... I nearly screwed up on a kick. I was lucky and my heel (it was a spin kick) was going to low, but I got lucky and my foot kinda slipped so my heel went just high enough to smack the target clean out of the proctors hands :]
