Really Really Odd...

Hi, I'm wind2008

I have a friend who has the name Amie in TrueStory

but when she tries to log in to the forums, it says the account doesnt exist or it is very inactive

and on the members list, my name is there, but her name is not

i would like to know how and why this happened

and she's also wondering that if she remakes the account with the same id and pass, will she have to make her char. again and
train to the level she is right now

in the game, her name is Amie and she is a Hunter lvl 105

she can log into TrueStory just fine

but according to this, she doesnt even exist in the forums

please help out by listing suggestions or instructions on how to "recover" the account

You dont have to register here to get in-game ..

This server has Auto-register anyways ..
But if you want to have more control over your account (Delete you chars)

and the game registration page doesnt work for some reason...

but it doesnt seem like her comp because it doesnt work on my comp and her laptop as well
