Hmms, im nt sure whether it is suggested but..
Skills can be max frm 1st to 3rd jobs. Then, skillbooks can only be obtained from mobs, gatcha or events.
Maybe add them to boss drops?

And since skillbooks are gonna be sold, make the hired merchants work?
Hmms, might suggest more when i login. (:
