Well first of all, you need to upload your pictures online to get the 'link'.
Try to make an account at www.photobucket.com
Then upload your pictures -> copy the 'Direct link' below the picture you want, and paste the link in the Image Icon.
Or type this
LINK OF YOUR PICTURE" border="0" alt=""/>
